Our inspection covers six major categories: Engine & Powertrain, Exterior & Body, Interior & Comfort, Electrical Systems, Tyres, Brakes & Suspension, and Documents & Legal verification. Every inspection includes OBD-II diagnostics, paint depth measurement, and high-resolution photo documentation.
The physical inspection takes approximately 2–3 hours at the vehicle's location. Your full digital report with photos, health scores, and technician notes is delivered within 48 hours of inspection completion. Business plan customers receive priority 24-hour delivery.
Both options are available. You can schedule a doorstep inspection at the seller's location or your home, or bring the vehicle to one of our inspection centres. Doorstep inspection is available in all major cities and is included as standard for Business/Fleet plans.
Yes. CarsRight inspection reports are produced by certified technicians and accepted by most leading banks and NBFCs for used car loan processing. The report includes a signed physical copy option on request, which many financial institutions require for loan file processing.

A seller refusing an independent inspection is itself a significant red flag. Our advice: walk away. Any legitimate seller with a genuinely good vehicle will welcome a third-party inspection. CarsRight can only inspect vehicles where we have reasonable access to the car and its documents.
Once your report is ready, you'll receive an SMS and email with a secure link to your digital report on the CarsRight Client Portal. Reports are stored for 12 months and can be shared with anyone — banks, insurers, or other buyers — via a shareable link.
